full time private chef required

Good afternoon,

I have just seen your advertisement and I would like to ask just few question.

My name is Massimo Del Favero, I am 31 years old Italian chef. In my 16 years of experience I have worked in Italy, France, Svizzerland and for the last 6 years in Nederlands. I usually work for some big restaurants but since my wife is pregnant I am trying to find something less stressful so I could have more time for my family.

I obviously love italian kitchen but have no problems performing specialities from spanish, mexican, french or even chinese cuisine. Cooking is my passion and I would love to work for a small family who could show a direct reaction to my creations. In big restaurants I always miss some personal contact with people who eat my food. For a chef there is no bigger reward than a satisfied face of ' a guest'.

You didn't mention in which city of Nederlands you live. I live in Den Haag.
